As the Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO, playing a critical role in managing schedules, streamlining communication, and enabling focus on top priorities. You’ll help drive impact by anticipating needs, managing confidential information, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics across time zonesServe as gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare and edit presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondenceCoordinate and prioritize incoming requests, communications, and meetingsTrack and support execution of strategic initiatives and follow-upsOrganize and support board meetings, leadership offsites, and special projectsUphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAssist with various financial tasksQualifications10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platformsOutstanding organizational skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and juggle competing prioritiesDiscretion, professional, respectful, sound judgment, and a proactive mindsetBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
