Responsibilities: 1. Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve the satisfaction of end-users;2. Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and perform clinical and technical trial;3. Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributors and end-users;4. Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers;5. Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributors, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills. 6. Back-up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required;Requirements: 1.
Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical engineering, Life science, biology or related disciplines;2. At least 2 years’ experience worked in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting;3. Be able to travel frequently in the interior of the country or neighboring countries;4. Excellent communication skills in English;5. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
