We are looking for a Catalogue Specialist who will take ownership of our product catalogue. This role is critical in ensuring that our offerings are well-structured, relevant and optimized in Arabic & English, to meet customer needs and drive engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive enhancement initiatives for product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with platform strategy. Define product groups, subcategories, and tagging to enhance discoverability and customer experience. Identify systematic and operational problems then contribute to their resolution. Analyze catalogue and product performance to highlight high-potential and underperforming categories and products. Recommend visibility strategies for trending and in-demand products/categories. Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue structure and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalogue-related improvements efficiently. Key Skills & CompetenciesNative Arabic language required, fluency in local dialect is a plus. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements. Deep understanding of product categorization and customer behavior. High attention to detail and ability to think strategically. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing or equivalent experience. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in content management, merchandising, or e-commerce operations. Relevant experience for the role is a must. Demonstrated experience in using analytics tools and content management platforms.

Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows.
