We are looking for a Content Quality Associate who will enhance the quality of our selection content.
This role is critical in ensuring that our offerings are well-structured, relevant and optimized in Arabic & English, to meet customer needs and drive engagement. (Some Of) What You Will Be DoingBrowse our app and website for content opportunities and improvementsWork on content quality initiatives and tasks for existing and new selection. Identify systematic and operational problems then contribute to their resolution. Check the quality of selection received internally and externally through different moderation and quality tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalogue-related improvements efficiently. Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue quality.
Key Skills & CompetenciesAbility to work on a custom schedule with flexible weekend days off. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvements. Deep understanding of product categorization and customer behavior. Attention to detail and ability to think strategically. Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?Native Arabic language required, fluency in local dialect is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in content moderation, translation, or e-commerce.
Demonstrated experience in using analytics tools and content management platforms. Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows.
