You will be responsible for managing merchant payment processes, performing reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires solid accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with payables and reconciliations, and strong proficiency in Excel. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about accounting, enjoys working with numbers, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Some Of) What You Will Be DoingMerchant Payments: Process and track payments to merchants accurately and on schedule. Reconciliations: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure transaction and payment accuracy. Accounts Payable Management:

Monitor invoice entries, validate supporting documentation, and ensure accurate posting into the accounting system. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment or balance discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and merchants. Month-End Closing: Support accurate and timely month-end closings through reconciliations and reporting. Documentation & Records: Maintain well-organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline merchant payables processes and reduce operational errors. Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, merchant reconciliation, or accounting roles. Strong working knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and formula-based reporting. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills for working across departments and with external stakeholders. Proactive, reliable, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
