🌐 Position: Head of Services SlovakiaAs the Head of Services at SNP Slovakia, you will lead the local strategic direction, operational excellence, and delivery performance of all service lines in SNP Slovakia, including SAP data migration and data management. You will be responsible for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, driving innovation in service delivery, and aligning local operations with global SNP Group standards. Reports to: Vice President of Services Central Europe💡 Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy Define and execute the services strategy in alignment with SNP Group’s global vision.
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams of consultants and project managers. Represent SNP Slovakia in regional and global leadership forums. Service Delivery & Operations Oversee the successful delivery of international SAP transformation and data migration projects. Ensure high-quality execution of projects using SNP’s tools like CrystalBridge®and Kyano®. Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and customer engagement. Serve as the executive point of contact for critical project escalations and implement preventive measures and lessons learned to reduce future escalations. Planning and staffing of international projects Planning and recruiting of new employees.
Training and mentoring of the employees Management and coordination of external local consultants Strong leader on knowhow transfer and innovation Close cooperation with the teams in Slovakia and other countries within Central Europe (CEU)Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as an executive sponsor for major accounts and strategic projects. Support business development and pre-sales activities with technical and strategic insights. Financial & Performance Management Manage the services budgeting, and resource planning. Monitor KPIs and ensure profitability, efficiency, and scalability of services.
Innovation & Growth Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and new technologies. 🎯 Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or SAP migrations. Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and complex projects. Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, especially within S/4HANA. Strong business acumen and customer orientation. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
