Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a strong understanding of business processes. You’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.Key Responsibilities Lead or support Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications. Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing (as applicable). Conduct data migration planning and execution. Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and end-user training. Assist with testing, issue resolution, and go-live support. Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Stay current on Business Central updates and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.Required Qualifications Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV. Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Project Management modules. Strong business analysis and process mapping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (at least 2). Proficiency in writing functional specs and training documentation.Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
