Full-timeJob SummaryThe Online Sales Officer will conduct So Fresh’s retail activities exclusively online. This involves serving customers by providing product and service information, resolve customers’ concerns, complaints and obtain feedback and ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time. Job DescriptionResponsible for the smooth running of the online retail store of So Fresh. Liaise with customers to follow up on resolution of complaints or clarification of orders made. Document customer complaints, resolution, and root causes if possible. Stay abreast of all So Fresh posts on all social media platforms per time.
Promptly respond to customers’ comments, direct messages, enquiries, email, and complaints in an appropriate manner. Monitor all online orders via social media platform, email and website. Properly process all online orders via social media platform and website and send to corresponding personnel. Manage the front end of the So Fresh website to manage sales. Intermittently check all So Fresh social media handles in order to respond to customers promptly. Utilize the online sales channel to advance the company’s sales agenda. Perform data analysis of key metric and related sales targets via the website, social media, email etc.
Prepare report on the effectiveness of marketing communications across all channels. RequirementsMinimum of B. SC, HND certificate in a relevant field1 – 3 years experience in helpdesk/customer service in the food industryProven experience as an Online Sales Officer or similar roleExperience with B2C sales on social media and websiteWorking knowledge of customer service principles & practicesWillingness to work on a shift basis and weekends. Possess excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers. Computer literacy is highly required.
