About Nuvoton Technology Israel (NTIL)Nuvoton Israel is a leading supplier of SoCs, microcontrollers and security hardware solutions for tier-1 customers in the computing and server business.A self-contained design center, spanning from product management, system and chip architecture, through design, software development, system engineering and production.The group works closely with major customers, primarily key US Based OEMs in the computing and cloud space, to develop semi-custom, innovative solutions for a wide range of application platforms.Our products combine unique sets control, management, and advanced security solutions, enabling our customers to establish differentiation in their end markets.We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PM) for Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) SoC product in the Server domain.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to successfully manage semiconductor products in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, enhancing market presence, and contributing to the company's growth in the competitive semiconductor industry.Outbound ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions. Sustain current business activities and relationships while exploring new opportunities, products, and markets.Act as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing customer needs.Engage in technical discussions with customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and provide expert solutions.Industry Engagement:Remain updated on industry developments, trends, competitor products, and new technologies.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key enablers and suppliers within the cloud semiconductor industryInbound Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Planning:Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with market trends and company objectivesUnderstand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologiesCollaborate with customers and engineering teams to define clear product requirements and specifications. Product Development:Manage the product for its entire lifecycle from concept to end-of-lifePrioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectivesLead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development and timely delivery, working closely with Engineering Program ManagersCreate compelling business cases to justify new product initiativesManage product budgets, including cost control and pricing strategiesRequirements:BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or SW Computer Science10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or related rolesProven track record of successfully managing complex semiconductor products and driving business growthExperience with SW embedded firmware, drivers, RTOS, and LinuxExperience working in Agile environment and ToolsStrong customer-facing and communication skills.Deep understanding of SoC development processes, workflows, and ecosystemsKnowledge of Data Center, server, and Cloud architectures (preferred)Experience with security-related technologies (e.g., Secured Boot, ROT, DICE, Attestation and Cryptography) and provisioning processes (preferred).
