About FeelsLike41°FeelsLike41° is the Creative Media arm of Omnicom Media Vietnam.Omnicom Media manages media duties for leading global brands including Apple, Beiersdorf, McDonald’s, Chanel, Uniben, Opella, Kimberly-Clark…FeelsLike41° was established to fuel creative ideation & deployment into Media campaigns; with the purpose of uplifting Brand outcomes beyonds media metrics. It is not a separate Creative / Social / Content agency, but an extension of the Media team, working in unison & collaboration, built on a Media-first & Platform-first approach.Our expertise encompasses all media platforms, including brand sponsorship ideation, licensing management, and platform creative integration. The Creative team works hand in hand with Media team (hence Creative Media) to shape innovative, scalable, realistic and commercially effective ideas.We are now expanding & looking for a strong Social Account Manager to elevate our proposition even further & lead the team in delivering more impactful campaigns.THE ROLEThe Social Account Manager plays a key role as the connector between the Social team and the Media & Creative team, ensuring seamless integration of social content, media amplification, and KOL strategies.This role requires a strong foundation in Social & KOL management, plus Media knowledge (~30%) to support planning, optimization, and cross‑team collaboration.They will manage client relationships, guide social and influencer solutions, and oversee community operations to deliver effective, data‑driven campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIESClient WorkInitiate and develop integrated social media ideas through collaboration with Media planning team and Creative team based on client objectives.In frequent & direct conversation with Influencer Media vendors , facilitated by Media planning team, to ensure feasibility and relevance of execution ideas.Prepare and deliver client presentationsParticipate in media pitches and new business opportunitiesFollow and drive executionQC on quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.Proactively identify new creator trends, social formats, and opportunities.Build long‑term relationships with KOLs, creators, and partner networks.Internal Agency WorkBuild FeelsLike41° credentials alongside Leadership team, reflecting more offerings along the year.Develop case studies & award submission for Social Media projectsContribute to the Agency’s marketing and positioning materialsCollaborate with Creative and Media teams to ensure socially relevant, engaging, and on‑brand content.Manage internal social channels, including content calendar coordination, content review, and scheduling.Understand key media KPIs (Reach, Impression, Engagement, CPV, CPC, CPM, etc.).Support Media team in campaign planning where social/KOL content is integrated into paid plans.Work with Media planners to amplify KOL content through paid boosting effectively.Read, interpret, and explain media reports to clients and internal teams.PROFILE4+ years’ experience as a creative, social strategist, or similar roleStrong entrepreneurial and independent mindsetSolid understanding of how media ecosystem operatesAbility to influence and align multiple stakeholders (media planners, clients, partners)Positive and collaborative attitude, including with non-creative teamsStrong storytelling and conceptual thinking skillsExcellent presentation and persuasion abilitiesEMPLOYEE BENEFITSPerformance & GrowthTwo performance appraisals per year: regular feedback and clear career progression.Continuous learning & training programs: access to internal and external training.Time Off & FlexibilityPaid annual leave in line with local regulations.Birthday leave: enjoy an extra day off to celebrate you.Public holidays & special leave as per company policy.Health & WellbeingComprehensive health insurance coverage.Free gym access and fitness support.Culture & LifestyleAnnual company trip: subject to business performance and conditions.Regular team activities and a collaborative working environment.About Omnicom Media VietnamCentral office location, easily accessible.A team of 100+ professionals across media, strategy, and operations.Recognised as one of the fastest-growing agencies in 2025 (ComVergence)Silver Media Agency of the Year 2025 – industry award for excellence.Yearly awarded by the industry, reflecting consistent performance and reputation.
