Based in Madrid, we collaborate with global teams to develop the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Your Role: As Social & Community Manager, you’ll lead the social media strategy to drive engagement, brand visibility, and community growth in a fast-moving e-commerce marketplace. You’ll manage both internal execution and external agencies, run high-impact campaigns with creators and KOLs, and use data to continuously optimize performance — all while owning the budget and delivering measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and community growth.Lead and mentor the internal social media team; manage external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and high performance.Own end-to-end coordination of product launches and promotional campaigns, supporting paid social when needed.Build and manage KOL, brand ambassador, and creator programs to maximize impact.Forge strategic partnerships to boost marketplace visibility.Track KPIs (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize strategy based on data insights.Manage social budget efficiently across content, campaigns, agencies, and collaborations.Stay ahead of e-commerce and social media trends to keep the brand innovative and relevant.Requirements:2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for e-commerce or 2C marketplaces.Experience leading teams and external agencies.Hands-on track record with KOLs, creators, and partnership programs.Budget planning and performance tracking experience.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Creative mindset with a community-first approach.Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); Chinese is a plus.Application Process:Ready to embark on this journey with us?
