RESPONSIBILITIESContent Creation & StrategyDevelop, create, and oversee high-quality social media content (videos, images, reels, and other formats) that aligns with brand’s identityCollaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging social-first contentEstablish and oversee the social content plan/calendar, and execute briefs to ensure social-first content is conceptualized at the beginning of the season, aligned with product dropsCraft compelling storytelling narratives that resonate with the brand’s audience and consumersEnsure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital platformsServe as a brand ambassador, proactively building relationships and networking with key industry players for future opportunitiesSocial Media & Digital CampaignsPlan and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and brand awarenessOversee the publishing of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube, and emerging digital channelsLeverage insights and trends to optimize content performance and audience interactionWork closely with global and regional teams to tailor content for specific marketsInfluencer & Brand CollaborationsManage partnerships and collaborations for organic and paid content opportunitiesOversee content production for influencer-led campaigns and activationsIdentify and engage with influencers, rising talents, ambassadors, community and content creators who align with brand’s visionPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor key performance metrics for content and social media initiativesAnalyse audience engagement and campaign effectiveness to refine future content strategiesProvide regular reports and insights to senior management on content performance and market trendsOptimize engagement, grow follower count, and acquire a new customer demographic while keeping our current audience engagedEvent & Campaign CoverageLead real-time content creation for events, store activations, shows, and product launchesEnsure timely and high-quality content output for coverage and exclusive digital storytellingREQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing within the fashion industryDeep understanding of digital trends, branding, and consumer engagement strategiesProficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and other editing softwareExperienced in collaborating with photographers, videographers, and production teams to execute high-quality contentStrong grasp of social media algorithms, audience behaviour, and emerging digital platformsProven track record in managing influencer partnerships and digital collaborationsExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects effectivelyAdaptable and responsive to changing industry trends and brand needsWilling to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends, when necessaryOpen to and comfortable with international travel as required
