As Senior Social & Content Executive, you will assist day to day content creation at Digital 24 across social, blogs and on site copy. The role covers content strategy execution, shoot planning, social content production and scheduling, plus SEO aligned content delivery that meets client objectives and timelines. You will work closely with key clients such as Dale Farm, Shnuggle, Dromona and Linwoods to plan, create and publish content to a consistently high standard. You will also collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, resourced effectively and delivered to deadlines.Your day to day role will include;Content creation including shooting video, editing, graphic creation and ownership over multiple monthly content calendarsContent planning and scheduling Staying on top of key trends and changes in the industryBlog writing and SEO optimisation Client communication and updates Report writing and data analysis LocationAt Digital 24, we embrace a hybrid work model. Three days a week, our team collaborates in our conveniently located Belfast office, offering free parking and proximity to various shops and amenities. The remaining two days, we enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from home. Shoot planning & execution: Oversee shoot specs and creative requirements, ensuring all elements are covered efficiently for client brands like Dale Farm, Dromona, Linwoods, BeatBox and others. On-site content creation: Be present at shoots, managing the process to ensure all required shots are captured to the highest standard. Stay engaged until all necessary content is secured. Social media content creation & scheduling: Develop engaging social media content tailored to each client’s brand identity and objectives. Schedule and publish content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and effective online presence. Creative collaboration: Work closely with clients to align content with their brand objectives, ensuring a strong and coherent digital presence. Efficiency & process improvement: Identify ways to improve content production workflows, ensuring streamlined efficiency while maintaining quality. Trends & innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending new content formats and storytelling techniques that enhance engagement. Editing & optimisation: Ensure content is refined, optimised for performance, and tailored to best practices on each platform. Performance tracking: Together with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, monitor content performance using analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights to drive engagement and conversions in a monthly report format.Training is a key part of this role Deliver tailored 1-1 or group training sessions for clients (both virtually and in person) Run workshops on social media & content creation Support the development and delivery of digital training programmesRequirements A degree in a creative field or Marketing (or similar) 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or within an agency environment. Strong creative and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to stay on top of, and capitalise on, trends Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
