This role is hands-on and executional — perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Instagram and YouTube, understands trends in real time, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.You'll work closely with our marketing team to support campaign launches, product drops, and always-on brand storytelling.This is a part-time, hourly position ideal for a nimble creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.What You'll DoConcept and create short-form video and static content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platformsCapture content in-store, in-studio, and occasionally at events (product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments)Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platformStay on top of social trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments — and pitch reactive ideas quicklyCollaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiativesMaintain consistent content production aligned with posting schedulesBring Spence Diamonds' voice to life: bold, romantic, witty, and confidentWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience creating social media content (brand, freelance, or creator background)Strong hands-on video creation and editing skills (mobile-first is key)Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similarDeep understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices, and YouTube Shorts is preferred Strong creative instincts for hooks, pacing, and storytellingComfortable filming in retail environments and being the on-camera talentHighly organized and able to manage time effectively in a part-time structureNice to HaveExperience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brandsOn-camera confidenceBasic photography skillsFamiliarity with social analytics and performance insightsApplication RequirementPlease submit a portfolio of relevant social content (video and/or static) showcasing your work. Applications without a portfolio will not be consideredIf applicable, include links to your personal or managed social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) so we can review your creative style and on-camera presenceCompensationThe pay range for this position is $30-$35 per hour. Pay ranges are established based on work location and market standards for the applicable position. The successful candidates starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.Part-time hours (to be determined based on business needs; approximately 15-25 hours per week)Required to be Onsite - based in a Spence showroom and/or Spence SSC
