Everyone’s ideas are heard, and the best ideas win, no matter where they come from.Role OverviewThe Social Content Manager will own and evolve Buster + Punch’s content presence across all channels. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, planning, and curating content, managing influencer marketing programs, and leading social media strategy and execution (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).This is a creative-meets-operational role — perfect for someone who can combine visual storytelling with strong project management, ensuring every piece of content reflects the brand’s unique design DNA and supports commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and manage the global content calendar aligned with product launches, email campaigns, and trade/consumer events.Ensure content supports business priorities — driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across B2B and B2C.Content Sourcing & ProductionLead the sourcing of high-quality content — from in-house photography to user-generated content and influencer collaborations.Oversee some of the production process end-to-end: concept development, brief writing, shoot management, post-production, and publishing.Collaborate with our in-house copywriter and graphic designers/content creators to produce content for all marketing channels + e-commerce.Influencer MarketingIdentify and manage partnerships with design influencers, architects and lifestyleOversee influencer outreach, negotiation, briefs, approvals, and performance tracking.Develop our existing ambassador programs and leverage UGC to strengthen community and brand advocacy.Social Media ManagementOwn and execute the day-to-day management of Buster + Punch’s social channels:Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.Create engaging, design-led content tailored to each platform’s audience and format.Monitor engagement and community sentiment; respond in the brand tone of voice.Plan and execute paid social collaborations with the Performance Marketing team.Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize for reach and engagement.Stay up to date on industry trends and pop cultureProject & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact for all content-related projects — managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing on creative direction and storytelling.Work closely with Product, E-commerce, PR, and CRM teams to ensure content consistency across touchpoints.Skills & Experience4–6 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing (design, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand background preferred).Proven experience managing multi-channel social media and influencer programs.Strong understanding of photo and video production workflows.Bonus points if you can navigate Adobe CS like a proExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and translate insights into action.Confident using digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics, Later/Planoly, flowbox and project management tools (Trello).A passion for design, interiors, architecture, and culture — with a keen eye for aesthetic storytelling.Personal AttributesCreative, proactive, and confident — a natural storyteller who understands brand nuance.A balance of creative flair and operational discipline — thrives on both ideas and execution.Collaborative and calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.Obsessed with design trends, culture, and community.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the content direction of a global design brand.A creative, collaborative team environment.Hybrid working structure (3 days in office, 2 remote).Competitive salary and benefits package.Exclusive staff discount
