You’re part creative thinker, part strategist, part project driver — responsible for shaping how we concept and deliver world-class social content that performs. You’ll act as the internal "product owner" for Tag’s social content — helping shape our approach to social-first creative, guiding teams through ideation and execution, and ensuring every piece of content delivers on both brand and business goals. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands what makes content click, and knows how to get it made — beautifully, efficiently, and at scale. Key Responsibilities:Lead concept development for always-on and campaign-based social content across multiple clients Drive the evolution of Tag’s social content— including best practices, and creative processes Oversee the day-to-day creative development of social-first content, from brief to delivery utilising the content studio where needed Translate strategic goals into content concepts, ideas, and formats that make sense for each platform Guide the creation of content calendars and concept decks with clarity and originality Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, motion teams, and strategists to shape work that resonates Ensure content aligns to tone, platform, and performance insight — without losing creativity Maintain a high standard of craft and innovation across everything that goes live Be the go-to for social trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts that should shape our ideas Partner with client service teams to ensure concepts meet client objectives and expectations Help triage briefs and prioritise workload based on strategic and creative value Collaborate with production and operations teams to deliver scalable, repeatable social content Support campaign launches with content direction, QA, and optimisation input Contribute to reporting cycles by connecting creative performance with future content planning Shape internal frameworks for social concepting, briefing, and content production Mentor and inspire junior creatives and social specialists to level up their thinking Share insights, innovations, and platform opportunities across the wider business Actively contribute to new business pitches, content innovation sessions, and internal showcases Help define what “great” looks like in social content — and how we get there consistently Help develop and maintain best practices for using our Social Media Management tools.
