This is an opportunity work with ambitious clients and on some of the world’s greatest brands.As a Senior Social Creative, you will be instrumental in the integrated development, delivery, and selling of social media ideas and activations for TCCC's multi-market Charters. The ideal candidate is a true social native who can see the bigger picture and craft a compelling narrative, while also being able to conceptualize and produce ready-to-publish social assets. This role requires a strong understanding of how to scale creative ideas across different markets on social platforms.Key Responsibilities:Social-first Ideation & Conceptualization: Drive ‘social-first idea led’ creative solutions that fully utilise addressable channels. Develop and sell innovative social media ideas, content, and activations.Content Creation & Execution: Ensure all creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanship. While you will work with other creatives, you must be able, when necessary, to create and produce social content/assets independently.Scaling & Consistency: Take the lead on scaling social ideas from a lead market across the entire ASP region, ensuring consistency in direction and execution for all social creative output.Collaboration: Work closely with the wider social team, strategists, the Client Lead, and the E2E/media team to develop briefs that lead to remarkable and innovative workWho You AreYou have approximately 6+ years of experience as a hybrid creative with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking across for art direction or copywriting.You instinctively think in social and have deep experience across the digital communications mix, including digital, content, video, and influencer content.You are an expert on social platforms, their technical specifications, and current trends, knowing best practices intuitively without needing a listening report.You have a strong understanding of brands and how to use big ideas and distinctive brand assets to build a powerful social presence.You are a versatile creator, comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on production of social assets.How We’ll Support YouOgilvy celebrates its people.
