Social Marketing Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Ownership: Manage and optimize social media channels (LINE, IG, Facebook, TikTok, X) – from content planning to managing social-first campaigns and leveraging new platform features to deliver measurable growth in traffic, sales, and conversion.Target Audience Strategy: Identify, test, and refine the right target audience segments to maximize channel performance, specifically on CIR efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day channel performance with regular weekly/monthly reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze channel and campaign data to improve efficiency, ROI, and customer acquisition/engagement across the funnel.Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities, trends, and tools to accelerate channel growth and customer engagement.Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of social initiatives, from concept to execution.Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated execution and consistent customer experiences.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in social marketing and/or campaign management.Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command of English.Strong interest in social media ecosystems, trends, and performance measurement.Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action.Excellent project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders.Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands preferred.
