Our team of skilled engineers, designers, and visionaries is passionate about creating user-centric software that empowers businesses to thrive in the digital age. You will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and reporting advertising campaigns across Facebook (Meta), Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms — fully remote. The role focuses on conversion-driven strategies and budget management.Key Responsibilities:Create and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platformsManage budgets, targeting, testing processes, and develop conversion-focused strategiesRun A/B tests and improve CPA/ROASSet up pixels, track events, and measure conversionsPrepare weekly/monthly performance reportsIdentify creative needs and coordinate with the design teamConduct market and competitor ad analysisStay updated on platform changes and new advertising technologiesRequirements:Experience in digital ad campaign managementProficiency in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.Strong knowledge of conversion optimization, targeting techniques, and remarketingData-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skillsHighly responsible, organized, and disciplined work stylePreferred Qualifications:Ability to present high-conversion campaign case studiesKnowledge of Google AdsWorking Conditions:🗓️ Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days/week)⏰ Hours: 10:00–18:00 (tracked via time management software)💼 Full-time position; not suitable for side jobsSalary & Evaluation:Salary range will be determined based on experienceRegular performance-based salary increasesCandidates with strong case studies and references will receive priority evaluation
