🏠 Fully Remote Set-Up👨 💻 Full Time⏱️ Mon to Fri: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm AUProfile Requirements:2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.Passion for and prior experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.Strong proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms, including in-depth knowledge of their shop management systems and best practices for social commerce.Skilled in video and photo editing, particularly using tools like Canva and CapCut.Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual and written content that drives engagement and supports brand growth.Manages and continuously refreshes Instagram Shops and TikTok Shops.Engages actively with the online community by responding to comments, liking and interacting with relevant accounts (e.g., other salons in the area).Has experience or understanding of the hair and beauty industry to better align with the client’s brands.Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and community management techniques.Skilled in planning and maintaining consistent multi-platform content calendars while meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.Experience using analytics tools to evaluate social performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills to engage with audiences and collaborate effectively with internal teams.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to trends, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Flexible schedule and hands-on approach to problem-solving and fixing issues as they arise.Core responsibilities:Develop, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.Plan, organize, and execute structured posting schedules to ensure consistent visibility and engagement across all platforms.Actively interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, while fostering a positive and authentic brand presence.Build meaningful relationships with followers, encouraging conversations, loyalty, and repeat engagement through personable and timely communication.Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify opportunities for growth and creative innovation.Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals and seasonal promotions.Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Shops — uploading products, maintaining accurate details, managing pricing, and highlighting promotions or offers.Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions, using insights to refine social media strategies and improve results.
