You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including digital, creative, and PR, to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage social media campaigns and communications projects.Develop and contribute to comprehensive social media strategies.Provide exceptional day-to-day client communication and campaign management.Collaborate with creative and paid media teams to design innovative, data-driven content strategies.Oversee project timelines and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all campaign deliverables.Contribute to new business proposals and pitches for integrated social campaigns.Implement best practice approaches across all major social media platforms.Identify and maximise opportunities for social integration across communications and marketing initiatives.About YouMinimum 6-8 years’ experience managing social media communications or campaigns.Proven track record of delivering successful, high-performing campaigns.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational and project management abilities.Impeccable attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure.A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and digital storytelling.About ICONWhether it’s ideas that change behaviour or technology that creates new ones, to make what matters is the simple ambition that gets us up each day.Make it better.
