Melinda Maria Jewelry is looking for a Social Media Community Management Associate to join our team and help us build deeper connections with our vibrant community across social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, thrives on engagement, and loves turning online conversations into lasting brand relationships.  What You’ll Do: Serve as the voice of Melinda Maria Designs by managing daily community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely, on-brand, and authentic way.
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight customers, influencers, and brand fans through personalized engagement. Support the Director of Social Media in executing community-driven campaigns and ambassador initiatives. Track community sentiment, trends, and customer feedback to share insights with the marketing and product teams. Help manage influencer and micro-creator relationships by engaging with content, flagging high-potential partnerships, and amplifying ambassador activity. Collaborate with the social and creative teams to surface UGC for reposting and content opportunities.  What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or a related field.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey the brand’s voice in an engaging and professional manner. Passion for fashion, jewelry, and staying on top of social trends. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and social listening/analytics tools.  Bonus Points: Experience working in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands. A creative eye for content and an instinct for what resonates with online communities. Solid understanding of influencer marketing or ambassador programs.
