Our work spans wellness, finance, construction, health, beauty, and beyond - turning ideas into visuals that actually convert.We’re growing fast and building a small but mighty team that’s creative, collaborative, and full of good vibes (and banter).The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who lives and breathes creative content, gets the strategy behind it, and knows how to keep things running smoothly from concept to post.You’ll be working across several brands - creating, scheduling, managing, and analysing content that looks amazing and performs. You’ll collaborate with our team, bring ideas to life, and occasionally join us at our Botanic Ridge home office (once a fortnight or so) for content days or planning sessions.This is a casual position (approx. 12 hours/week) with plans to grow into a full-time role as we scale.What You’ll DoManage social media profiles for multiple client brands across different industries (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram predominantly)Plan, create, and manage content for Fifth Studio’s own social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)Write captions, schedule posts, and manage content calendarsDesign graphics and social tiles in Canva and the Adobe Suite as requiredCreate reels (Using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Canva) or brief clients/team for shootsEngage with audiences (comments, DMs, etc.)Manage and analyse monthly performance reportsCommunicate with clients and our team to keep projects movingCreate blogs on WordPress websites primarily, and marketing emails on various email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, etc)Assist in content shoots and appear in face-to-camera content - including educational reels and behind-the-scenes snippets that showcase our teamWhat You BringExperience creating and coordinating social media content (even if freelance or internship-based)Graphic design skills - you’ll be managing most of the visualsA strong grasp of design principles (visual hierarchy, spacing, typography)Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and PinterestSkilled in Canva and CapCut; Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)Familiarity with Monday.com (preferred but not essential)Excellent time management, organisation, and initiativeA natural creative eye - you just get what looks goodUp to date with social trends, sounds, and platform best practicesComfortable on camera and confident meeting clients for content shootsBased in Melbourne (South East suburbs preferred)You’ll Fit Right In If You...Love banter and bringing good energy to your workTake ownership of projects and bring ideas to the table (we want doers, not just followers)Can translate strategy into visuals and captions that sound human, not roboticPay attention to the little things - alignment, tone, hashtags, analyticsAre proactive, adaptable, and love a mix of creative chaos and structureWant to grow with a creative studio that actually invests in your developmentPerksFlexible hours and remote workCreative freedom within brand guidelinesMentorship and support from Natalie (Creative Director) and Cat (Senior Designer)Variety - work across brands in wellness, finance, construction, beauty & moreGrowth opportunities into part-time and full-time roles as the studio expandsHow to ApplySend us your resume, portfolio, and a short note about yourself - what you love about social media and why you think you’d be a great fit for Fifth to admin@fifthstudiodesign.com.auPlease also include answers to the following:1.⁠ ⁠Which social media platforms do you feel most confident managing, and why?2.
