This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary business leader in transforming real-world moments into digital narratives that inspire global audiences. Responsibilities• Plan, script, and produce short form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and XiaoHongShu• Assist in content ideation that matches brand goals and social trends• Capture raw footage through filming on mobile and support occasional shoots with the team• Edit videos with trending audio, clean transitions, strong hooks, and captions• Publish and manage content calendars for key social channels• Monitor performance analytics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement• Work with design, branding, and product teams to align messaging and storytelling• Explore creative formats and challenges to build community engagement and increase user generated content• Stay updated on viral trends and platform best practices to keep BitSky content fresh and relevantRequirements• Strong passion for social media content creation with a focus on videos• Hands on experience in filming and editing content on mobile devices• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush• Creativity with an understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and engage• Good sense of timing, storytelling, and social trends• Ability to work independently while delivering on timelines in a fast moving startup environment• Interest in tech, creator communities, and the future of digital social experiences
