Freelance Social Media Content Creator (Remote + NL Collaborations)A flexible, remote-first role with performance based pay. (Also available as a paid internship)We are looking for a creative Freelance Content Creator who can produce high quality, aesthetic social media content on a weekly basis. This role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere. You will also be given the opportunity to join on location collaborations in Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and additional cities as we expand.This position can also function as a paid internship for those who want hands-on experience, portfolio growth, brand collaborations, and a clear way to earn through content performance.⸻About the role:You will create three posts each week.• One short-form video in TikTok, Reels or Shorts style.• Two photo carousel posts, each containing 8 to 12 aesthetic photos.We are looking for someone who understands visual storytelling, current trends, clean editing, and brand-aligned aesthetics.⸻Work style:This role is remote, giving you complete flexibility in where and when you work. You must be available to travel on occasion when collaborations with partner businesses are scheduled. These on-location shoots add variety to your work and help expand your portfolio with real brand projects.⸻Compensation:You will be paid based on content performance, giving you direct control over your earnings.You will receive:• $0.01 per view.• $0.02 per like.Each post is eligible for payment up to 5,000 views and 3,000 likes. Anything beyond these caps is not paid. Only content that meets our quality standards will be posted. This structure benefits motivated creators who produce engaging content.⸻What you need to succeed:A strong eye for aesthetic videography and photography. The ability to edit cleanly. Consistency in weekly output. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. Openness to feedback.
