Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Mississauga, ON with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms, developing and executing content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with branding, and analyzing performance metrics to refine campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring trends and staying up to date with industry best practices to optimize social media presence.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, FB ads.Shoot, edit, and produce short promotional videos for Pragra’s training programs and student success stories.Design marketing collaterals—banners, thumbnails, infographics, brochures, and landing page creatives.Collaborate closely with the HR & Marketing team to build monthly content calendars.Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, webinars, and events.Optimize content for brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.Stay up to date with digital trends, AI tools, and visual storytelling techniques.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic designStrong proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or equivalent.Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content.Experience in creating marketing content for the education, tech, or consulting industry is an assetCreative thinking, excellent storytelling, and strong attention to detail.Knowledge of SEO basics, social media algorithms, and marketing funnels is a plus.Interested candidates can email their resume + portfolio or sample work to: ashwini@pragra.io.
