We value speed, precision, and creativity, and we’re expanding our marketing capacity with a part-time specialist who can produce high-quality content and manage brand assets efficiently.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Content Marketing & Brand Specialist to design, produce, and distribute engaging marketing content that strengthens our positioning and supports client engagement.This is a part-time (20 hours per week) role, open to both employees and freelancers, and can be fully remote, though presence in Rotterdam is welcome.Reports to: Director, SALocation: RemotePart-time, 20 hours per weekKey DetailsSchedule: Part-time (20 hours/week)Contract type: Employee or FreelancerLocation: Fully Remote or RotterdamDaily Schedule: Flexible within CET working hoursStart date: As soon as possibleCompensation: Competitive; based on experience and contract typeMissionCreate, design, and distribute high-impact marketing content and assets to strengthen SA’s brand presence, support recruitment campaigns, and engage target audiences through multiple digital and print channels.Role DescriptionThis is a remote, contract position for a Social Media Content Creator. The role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging and targeted content, planning and executing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date on trends. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.QualificationsExpertise in Social Media Management, including platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and FacebookProven skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual StorytellingFamiliarity with Analytics Tools to analyze engagement metrics and improve strategiesBasic knowledge of Graphic Design or Video Editing tools is a plusStrong research skills and ability to adapt to evolving trends in social mediaExcellent communication skills and ability to work independentlyPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageRequired Skills2–4 years of experience in content marketing, brand coordination, or communications.Strong writing and visual design skills.Proficiency in Canva and other digital design tools.Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.Experience in the maritime and/or energy industries is highly preferred.Excellent command of English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesContent production: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, articles, and updates aligned with SA’s voice and positioning.Design & brand assets: Develop and maintain flyers, presentations, and other materials in Canva or similar approved environment; ensure version control, access management, and brand consistency.Campaign enablement: Package materials for partners and distribution, manage share links, resolve access or download issues, and coordinate printing with suppliers such as VistaPrint.Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with leadership and colleagues to draft, review, and finalize marketing materials on schedule.Performance & hygiene: Track content performance (open rates, engagement, downloads) and continuously refine visuals, tone, and delivery.Asset library & ops: Maintain an organized library of templates, images, and copy blocks; oversee permissions and ensure workflow documentation.How to ApplyPlease send your CV, short cover note, and portfolio (Canva or publication links) via email to hr@sa-world.com.
