About SASCSASC Cosmetics, an Indonesian cosmetic brand based in Jakarta, is on the lookout for passionate and creative talents to elevate our brand to the next level!We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Creator Specialist to join our dynamic team — someone who’s digital-savvy, creative, and ready to bring fresh ideas that strengthen our brand presence and community of #SASCFriends.The ideal candidate is ambitious, collaborative, and has a can-do attitude — ready to deliver impactful content, develop engaging strategies, and tell relatable brand stories that connect with our audience.Resposibilities:Handle end-to-end social media activities, from strategy development, content planning, execution, monitoring, to performance evaluation.Plan, create, and execute engaging and on-brand content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.Develop creative concepts and mood boards with the production team for content shoots and campaigns.Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty, fashion, and social media to identify new engagement opportunities.Manage coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Build, activate, and grow the #SASCFriends community through meaningful engagement and storytelling.Analyze social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Arts, or a related field.Minimum 2 year of experience in content creation or copywriting.Strong understanding of the beauty industry and retail landscape.Confident in appearing on camera and creating engaging short-form video content.Familiar with video editing tools (CapCut or similar) and social media analytics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.Proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and skincare is a strong plus!
