We are a growing brand/company in Rawalpindi committed to building an authentic online presence and engaging with our audience through creative digital content. We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator who combines strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and community building.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a content calendar across all key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Create and publish high-quality visual and video content (e.g., reels, short videos, stories) tailored to each platform.Write engaging captions, select appropriate hashtags, and manage posting schedules.Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages and community interactions in a timely manner.Conceptualize, launch and optimise social media campaigns (organic and, if applicable, paid) to grow brand awareness, reach and engagement.Track social media analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes and emerging formats; propose new ideas and creative approaches.Collaborate with the marketing team/designers/videographers to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation or managing brand social accounts (local Pakistan market a plus).Proficiency in content-creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent.Strong understanding of how different social platforms work (their formats, features, best-practices, algorithms).Excellent writing and communication skills in English (and Urdu if you aim for local audience).Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and think creatively.Demonstrable portfolio of social media content (posts, videos, reels) or verified results (e.g. growth, engagement metrics).Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field (not essential, but beneficial).Experience running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and analyzing ROI.Familiarity with social-media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).Video shooting and editing skills (short-form content) and use of motion graphics is a plus.Experience working for a brand or agency in Rawalpindi/Islamabad market.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits (please state expected salary band if you have one).Creative freedom and opportunity to shape the brand’s voice and digital presence.A collaborative, energetic work environment where your ideas matter.Professional growth and opportunity to stay ahead of digital-content trends.
