Create social-first content that cuts through the noise.Vitaco is searching for a hands-on social-first content creator-producer, someone who can shoot, edit, and create content that’s dynamic, distinctive, and made for social.Being part of a new social media team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how three iconic brands come to life across platforms.Musashi: Australia’s most credible sports nutrition brand, capturing athlete stories and high-performance product moments.Athena: a bold women’s sports nutrition brand empowering women through strength, movement, and everyday performance.Nutra-Life: a trusted supplement brand inspiring wellness and vitality through credible, relatable storytelling.You’ll bring these brands to life through snappy, social-first video and photography that feels native to platform and unique to each brand.What You’ll DoCapture high-impact content using DSLR/video cameras, lighting setups, and iPhoneEdit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or native tools to deliver fast-turn social assetsPlan and execute product, lifestyle, and athlete photo/video shootsDevelop distinctive content styles and visual direction for each brandSpot trends, pitch reactive ideas, and move quickly on social and cultural momentsCollaborate with the Senior Social & Influencer Manager and brand teams on always-on contentBuild efficient content creation workflows and help shape an in-house studio setupUse social analytics to refine creative direction and performanceBalance planned content with agile, reactive contentAbout YouSkilled in video production, photography, and short-form storytellingProficient with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and native mobile toolsExperienced in creating for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsStrong eye for composition, lighting, and pacing, your content feels made for platformKnowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategiesCollaborative, open to feedback, and thrives in fast-moving environmentsOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple brandsCreative, curious, and always testing new ideasWhy Join Us?This is your chance to own the end-to-end creative process across multiple leading brands — from concept to capture to edit.
