The company stands out for its focus on convenience, performance, and aesthetics, also offering various color options to suit different bathroom stylesAbout the role:Our client is seeking a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to elevate their presence on Instagram and other emerging platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing engaging content using user-friendly tools like Canva and CapCut, managing daily posts, actively interacting with the community, and driving social media–led sales growth.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a consistent posting schedule across Instagram and other social platforms.Create and edit content (images, videos, memes) using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.Curate, vet, and repurpose video content from creators and internal resources.Monitor and moderate social media interactions (comments, messages) with professionalism and autonomy.Collaborate occasionally with our graphic designer for premium postsTrack content performance and provide basic reports (using Excel, Asana, or project management tools).Assist in building community engagement, focusing on humor and authentic communicationSupport other marketing channels as needed (email marketing, etc.)Respond to customer emails when necessary.Required Skills & Experience:+3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar roleProficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation toolsTech-savvy: comfortable using Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and Asana or other project management toolsExperience managing social media accounts, preferably Instagram and TikTokCreative mindset with a sense of humor aligned with our brand tone (fun, lighthearted, a bit cheeky).Ability to vet and assess content quality in dependentlyAbility to handle customer communication when neededPortfolio or examples of social media content or campaigns you have managedFluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) (slang, memes, and punchlines included)Based in LATAMNice to have:Experience in e-commerce.Shift: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM EST flexible)Perks - What’s in it for you?Compensation in USD.PTO Policy.Local Holidays.Excellent and dynamic work environment.Opportunity to grow.
