We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to lead That Gorilla Brand’s presence across all social platforms. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we show up online, from content planning and creation to platform growth, tone of voice, and performance tracking. This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who understands both culture and content. You’ll work closely with our in-house designer, creative director, and paid media agency to create content that feels sharp, human, and aligned with our mission.
You’ll also stay ahead of platform shifts, track performance, and optimise our approach to grow brand visibility and deepen engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedInPlan and post content in line with launches, campaigns, and community initiativesCreate and edit content including photo, video, and reelsWrite copy in both English and Greek that is clear, engaging, and brand-alignedCoordinate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign and seasonal prioritiesStay up to date with social trends, content formats, and platform algorithm updatesOptimise posts through testing, iteration, and performance insightsUnderstand platform mechanics to help increase organic reach and content visibilityDefine and track KPIs for growth, reach, and engagementCollaborate with our paid media agency to align organic and paid strategiesEngage with our audience through DMs, comments, and community contentReport on community sentiment and engagement trends to help inform future content and brand toneWhat We’re Looking For2 to 4 years of experience managing social media and content for a brandProven skills in creating and editing content across formatsStrong copywriting in both English and GreekUnderstanding of social platforms, performance metrics, and cultural trendsProactive, organised, and confident in taking ownershipInterest in fashion, culture, community, and purpose-led brandsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related fieldWhy Join Us?That Gorilla Brand is a purpose-led lifestyle label rooted in culture, creativity, and real-world impact.
