About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and creating engaging content, building online communities, managing interactions across multiple social media platforms, and analyzing performance to optimize engagement and growth.This is a hands-on position that requires a mix of creativity, curiosity, and analytical thinking to ensure our brand maintains a strong and authentic presence online.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Growth & EngagementGrow and manage communities primarily on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Monitor brand social channels and relevant online conversations daily.Identify high-impact opportunities to engage and expand reach across relevant communities and trends.Actively respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions in a timely and authentic manner.Content Creation & ManagementDevelop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.Create and publish social-first content daily (images, videos, stories, and reels).Demonstrate strong creative skills in at least one area (graphic design, video editing, or copywriting).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze social media performance and account health metrics.Provide daily insights and actionable recommendations based on engagement and trend analysis.Monitor cultural trends, hashtags, and subcultures relevant to the brand’s audience.Conduct social listening to identify opportunities for brand participation in trending topics or conversations.Brand Representation & EscalationFollow escalation procedures for sensitive or negative feedback.Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with influencers, brands, and relevant communities.Maintain the brand voice and ensure all communication is consistent and engaging.QualificationsProven experience managing social media accounts or communities.Strong understanding of content creation and audience engagement strategies.Skilled in at least one of the following: design (Canva/Adobe Suite), video editing, or social media copywriting.Knowledge of mobile creator tools (TikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut, etc.).Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Proactive, empathetic, and collaborative personality.Bonus SkillsExperience in influencer marketing or community management.Passion for staying up to date with social trends and digital innovations.Background in marketing, communications, or creative industries.Application RequirementAll applicants must provide recent content examples or links to social media accounts they have managed or contributed to.
