You’ll translate creative direction into performance-driven ad suites—developing scalable systems that support testing, iteration, and visual consistency across placements. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll work closely with performance and creative teams to ensure every asset feels visually sharp, strategically structured, and on-brand at every touchpoint.This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.What You'll DoDesign Meta ads (static, motion, variants) that are both premium and performance-mindedTranslate brand campaigns into scroll-stopping creative tailored to Meta placementsDevelop modular templates and testing frameworks (hook, benefit, CTA, format)Maintain a clean file pipeline and update assets based on performance feedbackExecute across ad ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with consistent quality and polishExecute clear, scalable creative systems that support iterative testingCollaborate with performance and creative teams to evolve paid visual languageWhat You Need5+ years in paid social or digital performance designStrong portfolio of Meta ads with proven engagement or conversion resultsExpert-level graphic design skills with a premium visual aestheticWorking knowledge of what performs across Meta placements (Stories, Reels, Feed)Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Light Motion tools (After Effects, etc.)Ability to balance data-driven iteration with brand consistencyClear communicator who can organize creative assets for use and reuseSalary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.The next step will take you to an application form that requires you to answer some questions and upload your resume in English.
