Social Media Executive – HammersmithLocation: Hammersmith, London — must be able to work on-site in the office (not remote)Company: Inserta / Dental by DesignInserta and Dental by Design are redefining implant dentistry in the UK — combining cutting-edge implant systems with a high-end clinical experience delivered through our Hammersmith clinic.We’re looking for a Social Media Executive — someone who understands how to drive attention, create engaging content, and build a brand that people want to follow.This is not a generic corporate social role — this is storytelling, education, before/after impact, case studies, clinicians, transformation journeys.What you’ll be doingCreating day-to-day content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (posts, reels, stories)Working directly with clinicians and marketing leads to turn cases into compelling visualsScheduling, posting, community engagement (comments, replies, DMs)Reviewing data and performance insights — and adjusting content accordinglySupporting campaign launches and events promotionsOwning the content calendar for both brands across multiple channelsIdeal profile1–3+ years experience in social content (brand or agency side)Proven skill in short-form video creation + editing (Reels / TikTok)Understands how to convert attention to actionComfortable in a clinical / healthcare environment (private healthcare, aesthetics, dental or beauty experience is a plus)Confident communicator — gets into the clinic, captures real content, not just “desk posting”Highly organised — can manage multiple brand streamsComfortable learning implant concepts and simplifying them into clear, engaging content.
