Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and brand awareness of the company. You will create engaging content, manage social media channels (Instagram and Facebook), analyze performance metrics, and stay on top of industry trends to optimize Lifestyle Retreats’ social media presence.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management:Manage content creation and copywriting on social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.Responsible for updating and managing the social media calendar.2. Content Ideation and Creation:Generate creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Regular visits to Lifestyle Retreats’ properties to take contents such as photos, videos, reels, etc.3. Analytics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance.Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.3. KOL Management:Research and identify potential KOLs within the target industry or community for each of Lifestyle Retreat’s Properties.Negotiate and finalize collaboration agreements, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and expectations for both parties.Work closely with KOLs to create compelling and authentic content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other forms of content that resonate with their audience.Prepare regular reports on the performance of KOL collaborations, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and areas for improvement.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience in managing social media accounts.Excellent communication in English, both oral and written.Excellent copywriting skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.Excellent time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail.Join Lifestyle Retreats and be part of a team dedicated to redefining luxury and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
