You’ll be starting from a blank slate - our apps don’t yet have an established brand presence, and it’s your job to make them known.You’ll grow our consumer apps in wellness, fitness and lifestyle through paid and organic campaigns that hit both the top and bottom of the funnel.You’ll build the systems and the creative engine that let us test and distribute thousands of pieces of content every month. Working closely with our product team, editors, designers, and performance marketers, you’ll produce, test, and scale content that drives results across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta.Success looks like people saying, “You’re behind those apps, I see your ads everywhere.”This role suits someone who understands the psychology behind short-form content, is chronically online, lives and breathes social media, and knows how to turn views into downloads.DAY TO DAYPlan, launch, and optimise paid and organic campaigns across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and MetaBuild the infrastructure and systems to test thousands of creative variations each monthCreate, brief, and iterate content ideas that perform at both top and bottom of the funnelResearch app categories, trends, and top performing competitor ads to stay ahead of creative patternsWork with UGC creators, editors, and performance marketers to produce content that convertsAnalyse results daily, kill what doesn’t work fast, and scale what performsDevelop and refine hooks, scripts, and ad angles using data from testing cyclesManage influencer and affiliate partnerships that drive downloads and engagementCollaborate with product teams to align creative direction with user data and retention insightsStay sharp on platform algorithms, ad tools, and emerging media formatsWE’RE LOOKING FORExperience in social growth, paid media, or app marketingDeep understanding of short-form content psychology and what drives awareness and conversionProven ability to generate concepts that lead to downloads and salesStrong command of paid ad performance metrics, funnels, and testing frameworksHands-on and operational - builds, briefs, and launch quicklyEntrepreneurial mindset - experiments daily, adapts fast, and owns outcomesComfortable managing high-volume campaigns and creator pipelinesBonus PointsExperience launching or scaling mobile appsKnowledge of AI tools for creative automation and iterationExisting network of UGC creators or affiliates or tired and tested systems i.e Billio.appINTERVIEW PROCESS Screening Call – Intro to Magic Apps and your background.
