This role requires a creative storyteller, data-driven marketer, and team leader who can elevate our brand voice, grow engagement, and deliver measurable impact across all platforms.The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor - someone who understands global trends, platform algorithms, and how to translate content into community influence.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute Bybit's global social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.Lead content planning, audience segmentation, and platform strategy (/Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging channels).Design and implement data-driven campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.Plan, publish, and optimize daily content - from thought leadership to memes - aligned with brand goals and cultural trends.Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting, narrative flow, and timely responses to trends and community conversations.2. Content & Brand ManagementDefine the tone of voice and storytelling approach for all Bybit social channels.Supervise the production of high-quality multimedia content - graphics, videos, infographics, and live campaigns.Partner with Creative, Product Marketing, and PR teams to ensure message alignment across all channels.3. Community Growth & Engagement• Drive follower growth and engagement through interactive formats, creator partnerships, and trend-driven activations.4. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead a cross-functional team of social media specialists, copywriters, videographers and designers.Set KPls, review performance, and provide coaching to drive creativity and accountability.Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.5.
