Social Media Manager - Mom's & Baby Category

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.  ResponsibilitiesEffectively manages and leads the Social Media Team.Responsible for all social media accounts from several business units.Oversee the team in planning, execution, and maintenance to the best quality standard.Track and analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.Communicate and collaborate with several divisions and outsourced partners if needed.Staying up-to-date with the latest social media and marketing trends and adapting strategies accordingly.QualificationsA min. bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or any related field.Has 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing.Has strong leadership skills proven by leading 3 or more subordinates.Practical experience in managing several social media accounts at once.Deep understanding of different social media tools and platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each.Skills in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.Experience in the Mom & Baby industry is preferred.
