Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role with the Qatar team, based in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and executing innovative social media strategies. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to boost brand presence. You will collaborate with creators, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure aligned communication and successful campaigns. Qualifications Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Proficiency in developing and implementing Content StrategiesStrong Communication and Writing abilitiesExperience with analytics tools to measure the performance and effectiveness of social media campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and independently manage projectsFamiliarity with trends in digital marketing and social media platformsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredFluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
