Now, we’re charging ahead, focused on sustainable growth and scaling impact.And this is just the beginning!What's the role?We’re looking for a Social Media Manager – Tamil to lead our Tamil-focused online presence. You’ll create engaging regional content, manage social media channels, collaborate with influencers, and drive campaigns that resonate with Tamil-speaking audiences. You’ll also track performance, optimize strategies, and ensure our brand stays relevant and impactful in Tamil Nadu.What will be your responsibilities?Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goalsIdentify target audiences and create content that resonates with our customer baseStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefrontContent Creation:Produce high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)Write compelling and on-brand copy for posts, captions, and other promotional materialsInfluencer Collaboration:Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reachCoordinate influencer campaigns and collaborations to drive brand awareness and product visibilityAnalytics and Reporting:Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impactProvide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decision-makingWhat’s required from you?Proficient in Tamil1-2 years of experience in social media managementStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with a keen eye for design aestheticsFamiliarity with social media analytics toolsAbility to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat makes us different?We’re not just building a product—we’re shaping the future of savings in India.
