As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking a Studio Assistant & Social Media Manager to support daily operations while helping shape and maintain our digital presence.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and visually attuned — someone who thrives in a creative environment and enjoys balancing both operational and creative responsibilities.Key Responsibilities• Manage calls, emails, and calendar coordination• Maintain studio organization and administrative systems• Provide direct support to Alexx in daily operations• Assist with behind-the-scenes content creation• Support social media planning and content strategy• Edit short-form content (Reels and posts)• Monitor social media growth, engagement, and messaging• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platformsQualifications• Strong knowledge of Google Suite• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut• Comfortable navigating Instagram and TikTok• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• A refined eye for design and digital presentation• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between job sites when neededThis is a full-time, in-person role based in Montrose, CA, with opportunities to be involved in the day-to-day rhythm of a growing design studio and the creative process behind our projects.If you’re passionate about design, digital storytelling, and building something meaningful alongside a creative team, we’d love to hear from you.Apply through the link below.https://forms.gle/RVEiHkDf1zdoxBgN7
