EsteNove, a leading provider of health tourism services based in Istanbul, specializes in high-quality dental, hair transplantation, and aesthetic operations for international patients, primarily from Europe and the USA.To support our growing patient base, we are seeking talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in health tourism.QualificationsMinimum 3 years managing brand social channels with measurable growthProven portfolio showing you plan, shoot, and edit videos yourselfHealth, wellness, healthcare and health tourism experience is an advantage.Excellent storytelling and copywriting in EnglishHands-on video production using a phone or mirrorless with basic lighting and audioOrganized proactive calm under pressure and able to ship fastAnalytical mindset with ability to leverage data for strategic decision makingPassion for culture, creativity, and the evolving power of social mediaHands-on experience with social media scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and content creation apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut).Knowledge of leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency without reducing quality English fluency requiredMain ResponsibilitiesOwn Estenove’s social content end-to-end from idea to publicationPlan script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTokWrite hooks, captions, and headlines that drive watch time and saveCreate thumbnails, simple motion graphics, and lightweight animationsMaintain a monthly editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and seasonalityRun daily publishing on all brand social media channels Optimize titles, description, tag, and thumbnail for each platformLaunch rapid experiments on formats, hooks, duration, and calls to actionManage paid boosts with the Performance TeamTrack and improve social media metrics and conversion to consultationReply to comments and DMs with empathy and escalate issues when neededMonitor sentiment and misinformation and coordinate with Medical and Legal teamsBrief and coordinate ambassadors and creators to produce on-brand contentSource and repurpose user-generated content and patient stories with consentDevelop and implement frameworks, playbooks and workflows to drive consistency and best practice across channelsUse data and insights to track performance and impact, set long-term KPIs, inform decision-making, and guide ongoing optimisations of social content and campaignsPartner with CRM to connect social engagement to consultation qualityReview all content for medical accuracy before publishingEnsure proper disclosures for procedures, risks, and expected outcomesMaintain patient confidentiality and obtain proper consent for all patient contentFollow platform-specific policies for medical advertising and health claimsDocument decision-making for sensitive contentStay current on evolving regulations across key marketsPartner with Legal and Compliance teams on new content formats or campaignsCreate localized content strategies for primary markets (UK, US, EU, MENA, Asia)Understand cultural differences in:Beauty standards and aesthetic preferencesTrust signals and credibility markersPatient privacy expectationsCommunication styles and toneAdapt content formats and messaging for different cultural contextsCoordinate with local patient coordinators for market insightsTest and optimize content performance across geographic segments
