We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Strategist with 3–5 years of experience who thrives on driving measurable impact through organic content. This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands how to build buzz and translate content performance into marketplace traffic and sales. You'll work independently to grow and manage organic social channels, create scroll-stopping content, collaborate with creators and influencers, and track and report on traffic and conversions from social media to e-commerce platforms such as DTC website, Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. Our job is to serve and grow our clients (pet brands) and you'll be a critical team member to drive this growth. This position will be part of the Brand Management department and will work closely with Marketing and Brand Managers. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute an organic social media strategy for clients that aligns with sales goals across e-commerce platforms, DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. Bonus if you can manage paid advertising and TikTok Shop. Build a clear content calendar and publishing schedule across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Pinterest. Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to inform content planning and community engagement tactics. 2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution Script and coordinate the production of high-performing content (Reels, TikToks, UGC, etc.). You will create content, work with our graphic designer or our client's graphic designer. Source and manage content creators and influencers to produce authentic, on-brand content. Ensure all assets meet platform best practices and brand voice across a range of pet brands. 3. Performance & Analytics Analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, UGC performance, and community feedback to refine content strategy. Run monthly audits to identify content that drives sales and double down on winning formats and creators. Track and report traffic and conversion from social media to Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy. 4. Community Building & Engagement Monitor comments, DMs, and social tags across all platforms to ensure timely responses and community satisfaction. Launch community-driven initiatives (giveaways, UGC challenges, Q&As) to drive follower growth and engagement. Bonus if you can create landing page and lead generation funnels. Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and superfans to increase organic reach and brand trust. 5. Creator & Influencer Partnerships Recruit and manage content creators to ensure monthly delivery of UGC content with impactful creators within the brand's budget. Collaborate with creators to test new hooks, product storytelling angles, and styles that resonate with pet parents. Maintain a repository of UGC for repurposing and amplification.  Ideal Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in organic social media strategy, ideally for e-commerce or consumer brands. Proven ability to drive traffic and measure impact of social media on third-party platforms like Amazon and Walmart.  Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated—can take a project from idea to execution solo. A trend-spotter and storyteller with a passion for creating content that moves people to act. Bonus: Experience running TikTok Shop and/or paid advertising To Apply: Submit your resume, links to social media accounts you've managed, and examples of content you’ve created or directed.
