This on-site role is for an experienced Social Media Manager to own organic and paid social execution and amplify our voice across platforms.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a data-driven social media strategy and content calendar aligned to business objectives (awareness, lead generation, community growth).Create and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging short-form platforms—own creative briefs, post-production and scheduling.Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns (audience targeting, creative testing, budget pacing) to meet ROI and acquisition targets.Manage community and engagement—respond to audience interactions, moderate conversations, and escalate brand issues as needed.Track and report performance using analytics; translate insights into weekly optimisations and quarterly strategy shifts.Collaborate with Talent, Product and Design teams to source subject-matter content, employee stories, and campaign assets for integrated execution.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveSocial Media StrategyContent Calendar ManagementCommunity ManagementMeta Ads ManagerGoogle Analytics 4CanvaAdobe Premiere ProSocial Media AnalyticsPreferredSprout SocialAhrefsYouTube StudioBenefits & Culture HighlightsOn-site, collaborative marketing team with rapid ownership and visibility into business impact.Focused learning stipend for creative & analytics tools and opportunities to lead cross-functional campaigns.Fast-paced career growth in a mission-driven company building solutions for professionals and employers.Location & Workplace: On-site in India.
