Do you go beyond simply following trends and know how to turn them into strategic opportunities? team.blue is looking for a Social Media Specialist to take on a shared (duo) role, independently managing and growing the social media presence of both our Belgian and Dutch brands.You will work cross-border on several strong brands within the group, including Combell in Belgium and TransIP in the Netherlands. You collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in both countries while carefully safeguarding the distinct voice and identity of each brand.This is a hands-on expert role rather than a people management position. You take ownership from idea to execution: creating, producing, and publishing content that connects with our audiences and directly supports our marketing and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute channel-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectivesCreate engaging content across formats, including copy, visuals, and short-form videoPlan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platformsManage and grow multiple brand accounts while ensuring consistent tone and positioningActively manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional wayIdentify relevant trends, conversations, and platform developments, and translate them into content opportunitiesMonitor performance metrics and translate insights into continuous content and strategy optimizationRun experiments and A/B tests to improve reach, engagement, and conversionCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and brand teams to align campaigns and messagingProfileAt least 3 years of experience in a similar social media roleProven experience independently managing multiple brands or social media accountStrong strategic thinking skills combined with a hands-on, execution-focused mindsetCreative with a strong visual senseExperience in a B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environment is a strong plusAffinity with digital products, online services, and technology trendsDeep knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practicesExperience with social media and content tools such as Metricool, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platformsComfortable working with analytics and performance data to guide decisionsExperience with influencer marketing is a plusFluent in Dutch and English; French is a plusBased within reasonable travel distance of our Ghent office and available to work hybrid (minimum 1 day per week on-site)ESGAt team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
