Job Responsibilities:1. Omnichannel Operations Strategy①Lead the setup, content planning, and daily operations of overseas social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.②Optimize publishing strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and engagement rates.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and, combined with forex market characteristics (e.g., policy updates, exchange rate fluctuations), develop differentiated content strategies to strengthen the brand’s professional image.2. Creative Content Production①Oversee the production of original content (articles, short videos, animations, live-stream scripts, etc.) ensuring compliance with regional language and copyright regulations.②Manage the entire KOL collaboration process, including secondary editing, content review, and performance tracking, and establish a standardized creative asset library.3. Data-Driven Growth①Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and social media dashboards to optimize ROI and conversion paths.②Regularly produce operational reports and propose strategies to improve traffic acquisition, user retention, and paid conversions.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration①Work closely with the traffic and sales teams to convert social media engagement into sales leads.②Collaborate with design and marketing departments to ensure consistent visual branding and tone of voice.5. Resource Management①Allocate marketing budgets efficiently, monitor spending, and prioritize high-performance channels.Job Requirements:1.Mandatory Qualifications①Minimum of 3 years of experience in new media operations within the financial industry, with familiarity in CFD and forex trading products.②Proficient in tools such as Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva, capable of independently producing high-quality content.2.Core Competencies①Industry Awareness: Able to quickly interpret forex market news and translate it into timely marketing topics.②Data Mindset: Skilled at using key metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.) to optimize strategies.③Creative Ability: Capable of visualizing and simplifying complex financial concepts for broader audience appeal.3.Bonus Points①Experience in launching new social media accounts from scratch (0–1) or successful viral content cases (portfolio required).
