About The RoleThe Social Media Manager is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees both online and offline brand activations, manages collaborations with KOL's and communities, and ensures that all campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign cross-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion).Manage campaign execution according to timeline and budget.Measure campaign effectiveness through awareness, engagement, and ROI KPI.Execute offline event activations to strengthen brand awareness and customer interaction.Coordinate collaborations with KOL's, affiliates, and communities to expand brand reach.Integrate brand activation data into the revenue dashboard.Conduct post-campaign evaluations and continuous improvement cycles.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in brand activation, campaign management, or digital marketing.Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and cross-team coordination.Proficient in understanding digital marketing metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, ROI).Good understanding of event activation and influencer marketing strategy.RequirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly collaborative and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.Proficient in using analytics and project management tools (Google Data Studio, Notion, etc.)Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga
