Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing compelling social media strategies, optimizing social media channels, and generating engaging content. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful interactions with the audience. The role also requires collaboration with other teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skillsExcellent Communication and Writing skillsExperience in developing and executing Content StrategyStrong understanding of social media platforms and trendsAbility to analyze and interpret social media metricsCreativity and ability to generate engaging contentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the advertising industry is a plusProficiency in social media management tools
