As we scale, we’re bringing our creative and content capabilities fully in-house, making this Social Media Manager role a central part of how our brands show up online.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager with strong organisational skills, sharp taste, and hands-on content instincts. Someone who understands hospitality at a sensory level including ambience, energy, people, and texture and knows how to turn those moments into engaging digital stories.You’ll manage day-to-day social media output across the Monarch portfolio, schedule and publish content across platforms, capture light iPhone footage when needed, and collaborate closely with the Senior Videographer and Editor to ensure every digital touchpoint feels premium, intentional, and distinctly Monarch.This is a full-time, on-site role based across our venues in Dubai.What You’ll DoManage and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platformsBuild monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities and seasonal campaignsWrite captions, craft the brand tone of voice, and maintain consistency across all venuesWork closely with the Senior Videographer and Editor to brief, organise, and publish contentCapture basic iPhone footage on-site for stories, updates, and time-sensitive momentsHandle community management including comments, DMs, guest engagement, and influencer interactionsTrack performance using platform analytics and update strategy to improve engagement and reachCreate simple graphics using Canva or Adobe ExpressManage and brief freelance designers or content creatorsSupport venue launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and storytelling momentsIdentify trends and content opportunities and bring fresh ideas into the workflowWhat You BringProven experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally within hospitality or lifestyleStrong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content cultureConfident scheduling and organising content across multiple platformsAbility to shoot basic, well-composed iPhone content when neededStrong writing skills and a clear sense of visual storytellingHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable working on-site across multiple venuesExperience managing freelancers and maintaining brand qualityBasic graphic design ability is a plusPaid ads experience is a bonus, not a requirementWhat We OfferCompetitive full-time salaryHealth careWork across some of Dubai’s leading hospitality venuesA role that grows as Monarch growsA dynamic, creative environment with an ambitious in-house teamIf this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.Please apply with your CV, portfolio, and links to accounts you currently manage.
